Emirates has unveiled completely redesigned, new first class suites on their Boeing 777 aircraft.

 

The new Emirates First Class cabin has been completely redesigned and features six private suites. The layout is now in a 1-1-1 configuration compared to the previous 1-2-1 on its existing 777 fleets.

The new suites are now completely enclosed (from floor to ceiling) meaning passengers can now not only control their own lighting but also temperature. 

The interior has been designed in partnership with Mercedes Benz. The seat is equipped with a zero gravity position inspired by the NASA space program. It is a position that helps find the perfect long-haul seating position by distributing passengers weight evenly across the seat surface limiting pressure points.

 

The middle suites feature their own high definition virtual windows (HD cameras relay the outside world onto the middle suites virtual window displays).

The new first-class suites are already in service on a number of Emirates 777 routes with more to come over the coming year.
